Remember that sh*t
You lived in the south, your sh*t stayed in the south
You lived on the West Coast, and unless you were death row, your music never left the west coast
You lived in NY, you only heard NY Stuff on the radio
Now granted, it did not work out that great for everyone back then, because the exposure was not good for the artist, only being limited to one region
But.....today, with the internet the way it is
and the horrible state hip hop is in now (not meaning money generating wise, but creativity and skill wise)
It would be nice to get some local talent, people from the boro's or the barrios or the suburbs to come on out and get some better shine
These DJ's should be breaking new artists
