They waited too late. The Heat basically have Jimmy Butler in Josh Richardson...defensive player who worked his way offensively so they pulled him from the offer.

Miami gave us a golden nugget as he has the potential to be better than Jimmy Butler. His job will be easier with the talent on the roster.
