Looks like there were three guns involved. The two goons had theirs, one jammed. And the victim had a gun he couldn't pull out fast enough, and when he did it was too late because the other goon grabbed at it. That's what they were tussling over. The jammed gun got knocked away and the victim was still fighting for control of his gun. The other goon who kept stepping in and out of the door picked up the jammed gun and beat the victim with it and also shot him with his working gun. The other goon was then able to get the victim's gun and emptied a clip into his head. Sad.
