Yup, more blatantly than people even realize. Crook had done Hip Hop Weekly around 07-08 and started it again as Hip Hop Weekly Reloaded in August 2010 a week or 2 before Kanye started his shyt

How was he biting Crooked? Crooked I was releasing freestyles. Kanye was releasing brand new songs. He wasn't the first to do it. Jeezy, T.I., and Eminem did it for their rollouts for The Recession, Paper Trail, and Relapse respectively. The difference is Kanye had art work and some of the songs didn't make the album.
