There's A LOT of adult tones in this show. I loved this show as a kid and it's even better as an adult. There's an ep where Rocko is in love with some chick and his heart pounds. Well, if you freeze frame the shots you see it pumps out his chest and down to his balls; literally, they turn the heart into balls with hair.
In an interview, the creator admitted they did the adult things on purpose to see how much they could get away with it.
When I get back on weed I'm gonna finish this series. The complete collection is out, FYI.
