I'm sorry, but this just doesn't seem believable to me.
If he was beaten like that why wouldn't they go to the police in the first place? And then no college would handle a situation of assault like that it unless it was ran by total imbeciles.
Edit: I just saw the video of the incident, and the kid on the motorcycle was in pursuit of the car. He definitely was the agitator in the situation. They were right for not pressing charges
