Hope there's puddin' in the clink...
Tuesday came down with a mean case of food poisoning. Monday weighed about 185 lbs, now down to 180 lbs and its noticeable. Still taking my time eating saltines, soups, etc, but are there any methods to regain quickly?
Also, would it be smart to workout today?
