MONSTER - Crazy psychological thriller with great characters that have depth.
Basilisk - Epic ninja anime in the same vein as ninja scroll. I loved it.
Vampire Hunter D, and Vampire hunter D bloodlust are both classics.
Golgo 13 the Professional....another classic.
Monster and Basilisk are both on Netflix....def check them out.

i think Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is by far the best anime ever made

to me nothing else comes close and there's not another series that's 60+ episodes and actually finishes out its story and never has any drop in quality or boring parts. there's flat out nothing else like it out there that tells a complete story, presents a high standard of quality from the very beginning and keeps improving right until the end where it goes out at its best. this is the kinda show that's depressing after you finish it because you'll search for something else like it and find nothing.
whatever you do stay away from One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach. none of them are bad but they're all so long and drown out its pointless to even bother.

I agree.
I got into One Piece but once I found out how long it was and how the group wasn't even close to their goals I lost commitment.
Naruto IMO would have been a great anime if Naruto didn't exist or was just a background character. Dropped it when I felt that shyt was going no where.
Bleach just never grabbed my attention.
