Recommend me a sound editor better than Roxio...

I'm transferring my vinyl collection to digital WAV.'s and trying to step my game up, cleaning pops and clicks manually though is status.

Anybody use Roxio before and found something better? Thanks brehs...

Besides Audacity I've only used ACID or Audition. I prefer Audition over ACID.

Does ACID or Audition have something like an automatic pop/click detector? I wish Roxio did and I prefer not to use filters for the best audio quality.

I know that Audition does. I'm uncertain about ACID because I haven't used it for a few years now.

Adobe bought Cool Edit so Audition is suppose to be the next version of Cool Edit.

Find an older version of Cool Edit and rock with that. Best sound editor I think on tha market.

ClickRepair ? declick and decrackle your audio | Audio Restoration | Brian Davies

I found the solution brehs... I run my audio file through click repair to clean pops and clicks first, and then I use my sound editing program.
