James Braxton Jr. aka Rec Man, is master of all things recreation, including; several martial arts disciplines. He is fighting the closure, of a beloved recreation center, under the threat of budget cuts and a notorious street gang known as O.C.B. Little does he realize, that something far more sinister is going on.
