Reality Stranger Than Fiction...how many single moms are there in blk community?

So I've heard countless dudes online and to a lesser extent offline talking about how rare it is to run into a blk chick without kids these days.

So based on ur perception of ur own women, how many single mothers do you think are in our community? I've got a theory but I wanna hear from you.

Over 18?

Most black women are seedless, while most black mothers are unmarried. Also, a female in a relationship with a male who's not the father of her child doesn't count towards the total.

In my area and among my peer group, I'd say about 25%.

I grew up in a middle class(50,000-70,000/yr)home but our neighborhood was a mix of low income and middle class people.

the high school i graduated from..
at one point my senior year, there were 60+ black females who were "showing"
(well past 1st trimester)
who knows how many dropped out or went to "option" (lifeskills + GED track)
let alone abortions
i remember one girl my friend messed with had already had 4 abortions

if i hadn't have been lucky enough to move away
and those neighborhoods were all i knew
a 18-22 year old me..
would've perceived that a lot of black women were single mothers
and i would've had to really hunt for a childless prospect- a unicorn scenrio

but instead, i moved away
and was around 1000's of black women age 18-22 worth dating who were childless

Where was this that these women were falling pregnant like this?

Doesn't seem like the percentage is high in the burgh. Would say maybe 30% max...

Hell for my 4 years in highschool I only recall 4 chicks getting pregnant and having a kid.

Then, the kids of those body bags, continued the stupidity of their parents.

But obviously, the white man is at the center of all these problems
