Realistically.... how many films are we away from a Justice League movie?

Could we get one right after the new Superman joint drops or do we have to wait a couple more films for the "build up"?

It's kinda sad how DC has been making films since the 1970s and this still hasn't happened yet. On the flip side Marvel.... who didn't start making superhero motion pictures until 1998 (Blade) has already surpassed them in motion pictures.


U seriously gotta respect Marvel, they had about 6 films all leading up to The Avengers. While D.C has been making the same Batman and Superman films for 4 decades now....


Green Lantern was the only nikka to get a little bit of shine in between that time.........Watchmen also......but how the fuk we get a watchmen movie before JL? that shyt don't make any sense. And I fukks with Watchmen too, I'm just saying .


They'll probably need to drop atleast one Wonder Woman and Flash film before it becomes a reality tho.... There should have at least been a Flash or Batman cameo in the Green Lantern film to speed up the process a bit. These nikkas ain't thinking at all

the reason why Marvel was able to do it is because they bought the rights to all the characters. Marvel itself is the company making these movies whereas Superman, Batman etc are all made & probably owned by different movie studios and publishing companies, too many different people own licensing rights, all that shyt.

DC has been under Warner Bros for years and a justice league movie would be easy to do.

And X-Men, Fantastic Four, Galatacus, Silver Surfer which are still with Fox

On the other hand, they got Daredevil, Hulk and I dont know whats happening with Ghost Rider. Rest is all them.


Personally I dont mind if we get no Justice League movie and Im a DC head.

All the talk I have read on comics and movie sites is that WB would flip the model and do a Justice League movies first that would then have spin-off movies for the individual characters instead of the way that Marvel did with the solo movies first and then the Avengers.
But all of that is predicated on the Superman movie being a hit.

You need to seriously go back and watch those first 2 superman movies. They aged horribly and are pretty fukking bad. They were iconic for their time but they are really really really bad nowadays. I saw them for the first time in years last week and had to turn that shyt off.
