All stanning aside, do you think he could like.. go out there tomorrow and put on a modern day wrestling classic if he was in the ring with someone who brought the absolute best out of him :ld:

  :( :flabbynsick:

Watching Impact last Thursday got me thinking that if he were the Kurt Angle of 6-7 years ago, he would be the main protagonist and leader of the TNA army against Aces & 8's, but instead he's just there doing nothing with no real storyline or direction..shyt hurts. He must be fukked up something serious :to:

At this point if he's not gonna come back to WWE on a Brock Lesnar type deal i'd rather him just retire then subject himself to the 12th man on the roster. He's better than the mediocrity that he's displayed the last 4 years. Honestly, the last time he looked great to me and like the Kurt Angle we all love was back in 09' as leader of MEM and in his 2 PPV matches against Desmond Wolfe he showed flashes that he was still great in the ring.

shyt seems like Forever and a day ago :(

Absolutely
All he needs is to return to the E and get a match with Daniel Bryan they would put on a classic for the ages

shyt could be the GOAT match :to:

I'd much rather seem him return to WWE around Wrestlemania every year for one match like Undertaker over seeing him :flabbynsick: every week on Impact

All he’s gotta do is buy himself a cheap bottle of Thunderbird, and try to dig back some of that courage, he had in his prime.

He's let himself go but don't be fooled, he can still GO. I think he's just kind of going through the motions in TNA. Has been for awhile. Would like to see him go back to WWE and take on the newer guys like Ziggler, Punk, Sheamus and Bryan and some more interaction with Cena & Brock.

Oh yes, easily.

He just carried Wes Brisco, who can't do anything in the ring to a 3 star match at lockdown.

He also just pulled a good match out of Kenny D who fukking blows in England.

He slimmed down a lot during his Main Event Mafia run, and looked to be moving around well in the ring...but the last few years he let himself go, injuries and age most likely have something to do with that

I used to hate that guy with a passion. That dude would always sneak wins on The Rock.

King Kurtis, that's my GOAT :to:

I was discussing this with my nikka yesterday, he's been in TNA almost as long as he was in WWE. Imagine the classics he could have had with Punk, Bryan, Ziggler etc over the last few years :ohlawd: :sadcam:
