They want two titles so house shows always have a champ. Keeping SD to maintain the illusion that the WHC is the main title of the other brand and that it is still on the same level as WWE championship.

This and stop the endless recaps from RAW. People can remember what happend 5 days ago, there is no need to take 5 mins and more just to show what we already knew when they announced the recap

If the aren't gonna do the brand split then they don't need their biggest Smackdown stars on every Raw. Like Sheamus Del Rio Orton DB etc. Because with them on every episode of Raw now it makes Smackdown look second rate now. It would be different if Cena and Punk (who are pretty much the only big stars not consistently on both shows) were featured on Smackdown every week. But to negate all this they should just do away with the brand split. shyt doesn't even make sense half the time anyway.

SmackDown is basically used to boost the popularity of the World Heavyweight Champ. Smackdown has fell off but I still appreciate the fact that it is the one show that they focus on in ring action. Sometimes I cant stand the fact that Raw closes with a promo. I respect the fact that SmackDown closes with a main event. I can understand why the casual wrestling fan would sleep on SD, but true fans can appreciate it. The D-Bry title run, the Hall of Pain, Dr.Doom Cody, Randy having feuds with the younger dudes like Barrett and Cody, Sandow ether, and now the first legit Del Rio push. There's glimpses of solid entertainment on Fridays, but its easy to look past it when Raw has the "megastars".

Big show is fast as hell.
Yo,..when show lipped over the car door window and on the hood,..TWICE!
I had to stop fronting on show.
Then when he ran to the other car in the parking lot.
That nikka was like pew-uhn!!!
Not to mention, show redeemed himself on the Ricardo foreshadow.
The wmd head punch is still the funniest beatdown finish in years.
I mark out for show knock'n nikkaz out.
Show has won me over agin like during the bossman feud, and the showster.
I know the www will fukk it up.
Yet and still show is doing great.
Since whaloop'n that groundskeeper with that big show-sized steel chair.
