Not IMO... It's like a steak purist that doesn't believe in putting nothing but a little salt and pepper on their steak and throwing it on the grill but I open my seasoning cabinet and put a little bit of everything on that hoe and go for it.

Glass is efficient though just based on the nature of how you take bong rips. I do use my bong from time to time but it takes away from the " ceremonial" aspect of smoking a blunt while just chilling.
