Something about a nikka doing videos on other nikkas constantly just don’t sit right…

l mean it’s scammers galore out here but the tattle telling is

:hhh:

:yeshrug:

You aren’t mad that he’s tattle telling on gurus preying on black people are you?

I think the keyword is "constantly".
It is a little weird to run around like you the cops looking for people tell on.
But on the flip scamming people is fukked up too. But who knows if the people teaching this just don't know.
There are so many people doing it,sometimes people assume it must be legal,or they are exploiting some loophole.
Or that these institutions have a slim chance of actually coming after you.
So many financial channels telling people to lie and basically scam its not even funny.
Maybe I just assume people know a scam when they hear one. So I assume people willing to participate know its a scam but are banking on nobody coming after them,or think the risk is worth it. Since white collar crime often gets a slap on the wrist.

That car loan scam sounds dumb as hell, surprised no one in that room was like "hold on breh". No way he's ever pulled it off like he explained.....which is what dudes says in the vid, it would also destroy your credit.

:russ: I mean who was going to tell him Big Bank Black, DJ Scream, or the yoshi looking chick?

I’d like to have a genuine conversation about it, what specifically is considered scamming by Him500?

Im still watching the 30 min vid in the OP but Navy Fed is transparent in that if you don’t use the car loan for a car, it turns into a personal loan and the interest rate changes. What is the issue with that?

It may turn into a personal loan…either way when they send you their check it is not to you so how are you cashing it? Or are you waiting the 90 days without cashing the check? If you haven’t cashed it they may just void it. They granted that loan to purchase the selected vehicle from a dealer or person…so basically you have to conspire with someone else or create fraudulent documents either way.

the juice isn’t worth the squeeze because if they send me a check with just my name on it I’d keep the rest and by my a less expensive car and I can’t usually make more than the interest rate.

I here you bro and won’t get into specifics on here but there is a legal way for the check to be cashed. No fraudulent documents are required but what if you have a connect (owner) at a car dealership?

My train of thought is the same with an attorney and CPA, their jobs is to look for legal loopholes in the system. Just the name of the game. It doesn’t matter what I think about something, whether it’s morally wrong, but what’s written in black and white. If the policy is written a certain way then we as a consumer can use It to out advantage until it’s changed :yeshrug:

:yeshrug: I mean I still see no other way around it if you know a dealer and he cashes the check but you still don’t have the vehicle and they decide they want all of their money back instead of making it a personal loan you better pay up.

What the fukk are you talking about? These dudes are literally setting black people up to go to jail. So that fat fukk’s reputation is worth more than the people he’s fukking over?:hhh:
He’s really not though. You can actually do what he’s saying. It’s a bending of rules. The APR may shoot up significantly which him500 didn’t mention.

You right. I guess Tony feels slighted so he’s going off his rocker.

Only thing I’ll agree with is I didn’t like how Him500 tried to lil bro Tony on that podcast, and he is expensive…in that game the information changes so much.

Other than that I try to see it from both sides. Seems like regional rap fans in here with ppl picking sides when it shouldn’t even be like that

Just like all those credit repairs and fake real estate hustlers.
Muthafukkas will have you take out a 100k loan with some funny ass company underwriting the risk and then you sign off on some more funny paperwork giving them all the proceeds of the loan and it gets pooled into their investment fund for real estate and they will burn you or slow drip feed you bullshyt returns like Bernie Madeoff on some pyramid scheme shyt.

I got a boy who been doing this real estate shyt and he never tries it with me because he knows I know. He only goes after under educated folks and hes a good at getting people.

He even open a mgmt company/record label with the sole purpose of selling them a music career but apart of their contract is they have to open up a loan as part of their artist development and his company(him) can use the loan for whatever he wants, specifically real estate.
We need to kill dat motherfukker
