So you're saying black people need to be around white people to learn?
Also, you're saying that white people dont need to be around black people, to learn.
At some point parents are going to have to step up and take hold of their childrens future.

Well while you wait for something to happen, the parents have to get involved because there are kids learning physics in Shacks in africa that say fukk outta here.Breh that's not the argument. If you pay teachers more money and provide more resources in one city, the children are going to do good. If you don't pay teachers well and restrict resources in one city, the children are gonna do bad. Which city do you think the white kids go to, throughout this country? This is about systematic neglect and strangling tax dollars.
Let a problem fester for DECADES and then throw your hands up and say oh well, "that culture" is the problem. So then you start suspending kids in crazy levels, or shutting down after school programs, or limiting basic access to shyt like computers. How can somebody cut off your legs and then criticize you for not being able to run?

Imo both you guys have valid arguments here. Parents should definitely try to do more for there kids than what is likely going on in these homes. Too much tv...not enough books has been plaguing us for a very long time. Hell, even if we could have parents study with and/or allow their kids to watch documentaries instead of music videos, that alone would produce a rich mindset for the youth. Also, low income schools lack resources!! Ding! Resources offer kids the ability to do much more while in school. No one wants a fukked up book from 4 years ago with highlighters and wite-out all through it. shyt just feels cheap and dirty and can SUBCONSCIOUSLY hinder a childs focus. The better schools have online access for parents to communicate with the teachers throughout school hours and most kids today (in the decent schools) have take home laptops and ipads. That type of stuff in itself can become a hindrance if the parent does not police what his/her child is doing. So that's why i say both of you guys are right here..Well while you wait for something to happen, the parents have to get involved because there are kids learning physics in Shacks in africa that say fukk outta here.
