Re-Dedicated Appreciation

For the past couple months I had been going to the gym just going through the motions and skipping out without even really finishing half my sets. I would tell myself at least I went to the gym it better then most ppl. But I would always think back to last year when I could not wait to get in the gym, was tracking everything I ate, was writing down all rep sets and maxs, and was in the best shape my life. Up until recently I had been thinking back:bryan: wondering how the fukk I was ever that dedicated.

Well this past month I have gotten it back brehs :lolbron:
Tracking everything I eat again, not tempted at all by shytty food, look at ppl now overweight eating some greasy ass food like :damn:. Been to the gym everyday kiling my workouts threw hard cardio in there.

ITs a great feeling, I forgot how when you get your body in shape everything else in life seems to just come along with it. I gotta say alot of it is because I would read up on this forum and get motivated but even more so is listening to these podcasts about nutrition and fitness that really got me going. There is so much i didn't know :ohhh:
