NFL commissioner Roger Goodell admits he was wrong on the Ray Rice decision, and Goodell took an important step Thursday towards showing the league is serious about cracking down on domestic violence as well as sexual assault.
In a lengthy letter sent to every NFL owner on Thursday, Goodell announced enhanced policies and discipline under the personal conduct policy that will result in a six-game suspension for a first offense related to domestic violence or sexual assault and an indefinite ban for a second offense committed by any NFL personnel.

On ESPN (think it was Mort) they said the prosecutors saw the full tape of what happened on the elevator and were shocked. She attacked Ray and he responded (it wasn't clear whether he pushed, slapped, or punched her). As she fell her head hit a rail and that is what knocked her out. They practically wanted to drop the case because technically it looked like Ray was defending himself. That's why his fiancée was standing behind him. She instigated the situation and put him in bad spot as far as his reputation goes.
If I was ray I'd want the full tape out. People thinking he F, DF, F + Punched his lady. It would look different in context.
dudes going to be eating a lot of crow now that the tapes out.
No clue, But i bet they had the whole video from the get go. They were probably like "think this will dissipear once the season starts "well here's the other part of the video"seriously tho, how the hell tmz get this
Ravens fans giving Ray Rice a standing ovation is now the trump card for worst NFL fanbase. All of y'all who defended this cat look real stupid right now.

because they knew it would get more attention if they waited until the season startedThe only issue that i'm now having with this is why did TMZ waited this long to release the other part of the video? Why didn't they release this version why the initial story or police report came out? Something is not right but it doesn't look good for Rice or Goodell right now.
