If you just stay in the wealthy areas 10 for me (lots of Filipino friends so I'm very familiar with the culture). Crazy nightlife. Not a fan of Flip food tho, too bland. Love filipino girls but not feeling the ones that lighten their skin there. :camby:

Going to the Philippines changed my life in 2014 :wow:

I didn’t go to Manila, but I was in an area not too far from it. I can only imagine how turnt up Manila is if the place I was in was lit as hell. I’m not even a nightlife person but the nightlife in the Philippines is amazing.

I’m more into museums, seeing the natural beauty of the land and going where the common folk are.

Like @Ashtrey said, the food over there isnt anything to go crazy over. I’d just stick to rice, fruits and veggies if I lived there.

they speak English over there and they are crazy about basketball. It’s a dope ass country

Why do you say that? What’s demonic about it?
The city turns into one big orgy once the sun goes down and liquor flows.

I remember I was just here on vacation, hadn't moved here yet, had a print shop drop off my prints, have no idea how but I was in the delivery lady's guts 20 min later. :picard::francis::manny:

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Went to Bagquio last month for a boy's wedding.

When i had to get an emergency trip from their to Manila (my flight was the next day and was able to scavenge for a cab that would drive me 6 hours from a to b).

The driver was a middle aged pinoy who acted as a father to me (the stories he told me really put my life in perspective).

He had on a radio station (i believe 107.3) that plays only soft rock love songs and i suddenly i could feel hear somebody chopping up onions in the automobile. He asked me what was wrong and i told him a woman that i recently fell in love with no longer had feelings for me.

The game he put me on.. i won't recite but it's insight and wisdom i can take with me until my holy grave.

The activities, food and scenery, etc. was okay (still prefer vietnam)... but one thing the Phillipines excels at are the warmth, compassion and heart of the people. Love them to death. That alone makes it a top 5 city/country for me.

Salamat Po Pimp!!!
