Pros:
- The best food I've had in S.A. and I've been to several of the countries in the continent. Hit that ceviche up brehs.
- A big ass city to explore, if you about that life.
- Being right by the ocean, you get some epic views. It's common to see people paragliding above you, and surfing below you.
- It didn't rain at all when I was there, and IIRC it barely rains there in general.
- They got a solid night life.

Cons
- The girls were nothing to write home about
- Mediocre public transportation design
