Most of the buildings there date back all the way into the Middle Ages. The city itself seems like an interesting place to visit but I sure as fukk wouldn’t want to live there.

I gave it a 9, only negative just like all of Scotland, there is really no diversity at all and that includes food spots too. Everyone is friendly though, nobody would have any problems there

Yeah same. I prefer more modern architecture to live in but yeah interesting place to visit and see all the history.

It’s cheap in that the city is really walkable, so you save money on transportation as well as the cost for a good Airbnb in the right place (I stayed in old town)... food and drink and shopping, it’s more reasonable then London. You can get a cheap flight there from the East coast, pending where you live.
