I actually did a policy paper on this city in grad school. Never been there though so I can’t judge it. But it seems like your typical small City or mid size city.

It was a rough place that shaped itself up as well.

Yea it is but I think it was worse.

people sleep on these small places in CT and MA.

Springfield MA, New Haven Ct, Bridgeport Ct, Hartford Ct are not sleepers in hood life.
