For day 28 of our rate this anime series the coli gave one of the greatest video game franchises street Fighter an haduken score of 8.70 putting it first amongst anime movies.

The GOAT sports anime

Plot is interesting and the animation is beautiful

Entertaining watch, the superhero abilities got stupid after a while. as a 'sports anime' it pales in comparison to Ippo and Slam Dunk.

fukking 10.

Great characters, great animation. Good job of making basketall over the top with powers but still keeping it balanced with focused teamwork and commitment. Great series. Every time a ep was finished you would be waiting hard for next week to come for the new one. Love how the villains were introduced until you got to the last boss in the final season. The way it described the zone and true zone was godly. It dropped gems as well. Loved this series.

Highly recommend this anime. Best sports anime behind Hajime No Ippo. If you want a more down to earth basketball anime, then Slam Dunk is real dope too, its a lil older but still enjoyable. There's also a new basketball anime that is out now that has good animation like Kuroko, but without the powers.

Harlem Beat / Rebound is the best basketball manga ever. Problem is it’s no longer in print so copies are hard to find. Slam Dunk is a classic tho.

Maybe I'm old school but this pales in comparison to Slam Dunk but it's still a pretty solid 7/10 to me.
