Seems a little overboard I always felt muscle tech was overpriced gimmicky product
All the supplements are pretty much the same. Creatine is the only thing scientific ally proven over the counter to actually build muscle and even that I wouldn't be on but just a month or two at a time every time I want to bulk up a bit.
You can get the same results with any whey protien supplement and just eat more food in bigger quantities for the mass gainers. And you can add a bunch of stuff in your whey or protien blend to make it a mass gainer
