That Grey Hairs and R.E.K.S album I used to have in heavy rotation around 2008 or so, he was definitely one of my faves out there at one point.

I first heard of Recks in 2001. When I'd buy vinyl or cds from Sandbox or Hiphopsite, they'd include promo cds. ON one promo cd there was this rapper named Reks that had an album coming out. One that stood out to me was "skills 101". So I bought his vinyl just off that alone. The whole album on vinyl didn't include the version I liked, so I had to buy the 12" too. Later on, I got a promo album of Along Came the Chosen with the regular version of "skills 101" on it. I don't know why they did that.
