These were all dope matches, but I have HBK/Jericho last cause I never liked that roll up finish.

The others....something makes me want to put Punk/Cena first cause of the atmosphere and stakes, not sure.

Shane/Angle is low key my favorite Angle match. Crazy thing is, the match started off very quiet, then kicked into gear and was balls to the wall with an incredible finish.

Always loved the Austin/HHH 3 Stages of Hell match just cause of the way it was structured. Austin won the “wrestling” match, HHH won the no DQ/brawling portion, then the deciding fall in the cage. There was not a single boring minute of that match and it was basically the apex of their feud. That was peak wrestling ability HHH and Austin was no slouch despite so many injuries.

1. Cena vs CM Punk - maybe I'm biased but it's the 2nd best match I've ever seen live and period (1st being Austin/Rock at WM17, first PPV I ever watched live). The build, atmosphere, pacing and ending was damn near flawless.

2. HHH vs Stone Cold - probably my fav build up ever. Triple H fake signing the 'no contact until the PPV' contract led to so much fukkery. As a kid I legit thought Austin would kill him, especially since the last match he flipped H in a car :russ:. I love how Austin losing led to his doubt and paranoia which led to his heel turn at WM17.

3. HBK vs Jericho - Excellent and pretty unique build up at the time. Flawless storytelling during the match. The fact that it stole the show in most people's eyes (not mine, I thought Brock vs Angle was better) on the most stacked Mania speaks volumes,

4. Angle vs Shane - probably the most unexpected classic match ever along with Cena/Umaga. Kurt getting smashed through the glass had me like :picard:

Id have to re-watch these some day to truly analyze it with adult eyes

But as a teen and when they actually happened, id ranked them like...

#4 - Kurt vs Shane - was at b level show and no title on the line. Classic still.

#3 - HBK vs Y2J - another dream match scenario. Really good story and showin at the big stage. Great lowblow at the end.

#2 - Austin vs HHH - Sucked it wasnt at mania but i was really into the build with HHH running over Austin and they had 3 brutal stipulations to finally end the feud.

#1 - Cena vs Punk - nothing really to say here that hasn't be said already. It always felt like a modern day "Hogan vs Macho WM 5" in my eyes. Really felt like a boom period was on the brink of happening and that our "savior" was coming to pull WWE back to the promise land. Sadly that didnt happen but still #1 out of these 4 matches.

1) MITB '11 - greatest match of all time, self explanatory

2) Michaels vs. Jericho - their best match IMO, "anything you can do, I can do" & Michaels showcasing hes still Mr.WM was really done in the match. Their matches since have tried too hard to be epics, but this one was organically

3) Angle vs. Shane - decent & brutal match, not as high on it as most and think its nowhere near classic

Austin vs HHH is just too long and boring

Punk/Cena for the story and atmosphere
Angle/Shane for the memorable suplexes
Austin/Triple H I don't remember for shyt but it was effectively the end to the car hit angle, so not last just for the end of a story arc
Jericho/HBK probably was the best match of the 4, but I REALLY don't remember this so I'm gonna assume it wasn't any more of a match than Jericho/Kane over coffee

1.) Cena/Punk- Perfectly executed, great storyline/stakes, and a hot crowd

2.) HBK/Jericho- Yeah, the finish was kinda weak but this was a classic match with a nice build and great performance from Shawn who proved he could still steal the show.

3.) Austin/HHH- Good match ( a little long, IMO), probably one of Hunters best matches, but he had no business winning this match when Austin was winning the title the next PPV.

4.) Angles/Shane- This match is overrated, IMO. If it weren't for the glass spots this match would've been long forgotten.
