Yeah, was this 1996? or 1997? I loved this at like 11/12 years old, so did my friends. It was a parody of Dangerous Minds, the Joe Clark movie, and maybe 187, though that may have come after. Saw it on PPV black box.

Probably a lot of the humor would be borderline offensive today.
