For me it's definitely the corner store subs :yeshrug: I feel like I'm getting more of my money's worth especially when it comes to toppings.

I haven't eaten a sub sandwich from Subway's in probably a decade and Jimmy John's, Firehouse, Quiznos etc are kinda overrated IMO. Sure they may have all these "signature" sandwiches but eh they don't do me any justice :yeshrug: not to mention overpriced for a supposedly large sub when in reality that shyt is a medium long.

This is the equivalent of saying the local pizza spots are better than Domino’s and Papa Johns.

Real meat vs processed meat.

Subways all smell the same.

I dated a girl who used to work at Coldstone, and there was a Subway next door. She said the smell from Subway would come through the vents, and mix with the smell of the ice cream, and it was disgusting.

Turkey & Cheese hero :ahh:

Philly Cheesesteak hero (With this sandwich its easily corner store >>>>> the chains).

I love the Italian BMT & Cold Cut Combo from Subway though. Love ALL the cold subs from Bimpie and Jersey Mike is good too.

I feel you on that. My coworker was asking earlier what we were eating for lunch. I said I dont know and she asked about subway. I hadn't ate there in at least 5 years but I agreed. I felt so dirty and disgusting. :hhh: I need to find a decent sub spot around the job to make up for it.

I rather go to a fast food restaurant than a corner store with loose standards

Most corner stores in America don’t offer sub sandwiches. So most of us wouldn’t have experienced both unless we’re in NYC.
