East has one top in the top 6 in reality and even the Cavs are struggling against the West. Look at the conference standings, not dumbass standings through christmas. Every single Eastern team that is near the top has slumped when having to play against western teams for a stretch.

Well that's what was being addressed at the time and thusly it did not make sense in that context. It's like someone posting a box score from when the Lakers beat the Warriors and then a person quoting that and saying "the Lakers suck".
Ya, but say conferences are about even based on that standings from about a month of play doesn't make any sense. The conferences aren't even whatsoever, the West is still much better.
The worst team in the West right now is the suns. They have a 5-27 record against the West and a 10-6 record against the East. The conferences are still nowhere close to being even, last year was an outlier.

You wanna go on a west is the best/leastern conference rant? Feel free. That graphic doesn't support it and thusly should not be used if that's where you wanna go.
