Thats my point, Im not sure on why the Bucks are better defensively but i hesitate on giving all the credit to the coach.

This Net team is not a good as it was last year. Devon has been hurt, no pierce, etc

The Pelicans play a much greater level competition on a more regular basis.

I'm not giving Kidd all the credit for the Bucks, some of it is attributed to the natural growth of Giannis & Knight, but anyone that watched them last year and then this year can tell you they are better prepared. They have gotten better on offense as well, I mean what else can you attribute it to other than coaching when a team is essentially the same as last year but has gotten better across the board at nearly everything. You don't make that big of a jump and say coaching doesn't matter.

Deron was hurt and missed games last year, and Kidd helped get Livingston his career back, sort of like what he's doing with Bayless and Mayo right now, both of those guys are playing better this year than last. Also, that was Kidd's first job as a coach

From a basketball standpoint it was pretty obvious why he left only on TheColi would dudes really question it, right this second Kyrie is a better player than Wade, nevermind all the complimentary players under the age of 50 that the Cavs had.

The Pelicans play a much greater level competition on a more regular basis.

Last year's Nets team started taking off defensively towards the end of the season as Kidd had them playing a lot more small ball and they started blitzing team. It was a large part of why they made their late season run. It took Kidd a while to figure it out but he had a solid scheme in place by the end of the year.
