All the cardio I've been doing is starting to get me more definition. Started incorporating 45-60 second sprints into my routine followed by a 90-120 sec recovery.Need to build my stamina up.
My traps looking beastly in that pic considering I never hit them directly anymore.

Not even gonna lie...

My heart rate hit 185 for like a 10 to 15 second hard sprint...:merchant:

I was doing mostly endurance, but I'm trying to focus on stamina and I got a long way to go:pachaha:

Came to NYC to see my sister and was able to throw in a good bike workout.

Biked from Upper East through Central Park to the MET. Headed from the MET all the way to Brooklyn via the Williamsburg Bridge. At least 12 miles when all said and done today. Got back home absolutely drained.

Man, NYC is such a bikeable city. If I lived here I'd be doing this every Saturday.

Get up nice and early and just bike the city. Feeling the wind and just feeling free.

That's gonna be my next investment. A nice city bike that I can use on the weekends in DC.

I wish I still lived near a 24 hour fitness. Getting to go to the gym at odd hours because anxiety/stress is preventing you from sleeping is the best therapy.

So, I made an impulse buy because I kept seeing images from LeBron attending Bronny's games this summer... :lupegarvey:

...and, brehs, it might be one of the best purchases I've ever made. :snoop:

I'm only 31, but my back can get a little stiff every so often so I figured, "Why not?" It came yesterday, so I rocked it in the car on the way to the gym and :ahh: :mjcry: :wow:

I might start investing in more things to stretch, comfort my back, and keep loose at home outside of the foam roller and conventional stretching...and I'll definitely be making this lumbar roll a staple whenever I'm going to the movies. :whew:
