Says the dude who just posted his workout with just only a "arm" day.
So many emotional ass nikkas in here.
I never seen someone just dedicate a day to deadlifting. Simple comment.

nikka I just commented as well...ironically you seem aggy I pointed out the irony in your comment.
I need to figure out how to get squats 2-3x a week.... My leg aren't being pushed enough. I only need shoulders once and I'm not really an arm guy.
Chest/Back
Legs/Shoulders
Chest/Back
Legs/Arms
I'd prefer 5 days though...
When you start deadlifting heavy it can become a necessityU on that 6 days a week tip. I took my cardio out last month and added an off day. After 4 months of 6 days on one off i was feeling kind of out of it.
Damn u dedicate a whole session to deadlifts?
Where'd you get this done?
Lost a few pounds, which annoys me, 'cuz I thought I was eating alot. #trynaget200
Out of interest, is there any massive negative aspect to working out and eating much later? e.g. 6-8 hours later. I will be working out at a university gym in the morning/early afternoon depending on the day and do not like to eat until I get home. I typically break my fast at 4PM or later, I'm combining intermittent fasting with keto.
If it comes to it I guess I could find a way to pack a lunch but I'd rather not.
I haven't worked out for quite a while but I remember everyone would go on about needing to eat 2 hours after a workout.
I've done a lot of reading on this and some reputable sources say meal timing is irrelevant. As long as your hitting your target calories for the day, doesn't matter when you do it.
White rice is fine IMOHad to switch back to white rice from brown. I know brown is healthy but that I hated eating it.

Did a comeup at the NIke outlet....sleeveless hoodie to block the inquisitive gym cacs, $9, got some cheap jumpman shorts too.
