I can't sleep worth a damn. My diet and workouts are okay but I can't get rest. What supplements are you guys taking to sleep? I'm looking at melatonin and 5-htp.

Get you some chamomile tea. I drink it and it eases me into sleeping. And I don't wake up drowsy like pills. It's a smooth little drink

True. Melatonin works but MAN does it give me weird dreams. Like Quentin Tarantino produced them kinda weird

I swear I've been getting those with ZMA. I've learned how to lucid dream so I'm cool with it.

:blessed:the feeling when you finally feel like your old self after a few weeks of constant uphill battle just to stay afloat is just:ohlawd:. December was constant chaos at work, causing me to miss workouts + sleep and eat like shyt, which obviously led to noticeable Ls in the gym and the first couple weeks of January i felt like a lil bytch every session:damn:.. This last week tho ya boy been going ham on the weights, energy and strength is on fire and i been giving these broads the:demonic::takedat: with no shame whatsoever:wow: im back brehs

I've taken for several years now pretty much everyday unless I miss my usual supplements. Big picture I sleep extremely deep now without getting "drowsy" or having to take it at night. Generally I take it first thing in the AM so that it cycles all day.

What brand and how many MGs? I would take it in the morning. It works by triggering your body to produce the chemicals that help you sleep instead of being the chemical and being required to take around the desired bed time.

I was getting 3-5 hours of sleep. I took one last night and slept for 7. I got 5 hours in and woke up to use the bathroom but fell right back to sleep. Can't remember the last time that happened.

Does it effect appetite because I'm bulking?

How about it's effect on mood? I could use some help with that :mjgrin:
