1. TPM broke the story out BEFORE the clarification from Bruce Fein was released saying Paul had paid him for his work.

2. This has nothing to do with liberalism genius, Bruce Fein's ex-wife, who represents him, came out and said Rand Paul took his litigation work without paying Bruce for it, hence, the story broke out accusing Paul of plagiarizing.
