Not sure if posted before but this is a big story right now in South Africa

Long story short, the lady in blue is the guy's sister and the lady who attacks her on stage is her niece

Family drama unfolded at the funeral of tombstone entrepreneur Lebohang Khitsane at the weekend leaving many in SA feeling triggered.

Khitsane died of renal failure last week.

He was well-known for creating elaborate tombstones for prominent personalities in SA including Mandoza, singer and producer Robbie Malinga and actor Joe Mafela.

He has been hailed as a “game-changer” in the tombstone industry.

Video footage from his memorial service on Sunday went viral after claims made by his sister were filmed.

The footage saw #Khitsane and news channel #eNCA top the trends list.

South Africans had mixed reactions to the drama. Some applauded the alleged honesty of his sister, while other said it was misogynistic and disrespectful.

Here's what people said on Twitter.

What sayest The Coli? :jbhmm:

As far as I'm concerned it seems to be females who are condemning her actions and using the kids (who are grown) as an excuse or protecting the late brother's "dignity" all of them refusing to acknowledge the fact that the wife herself clearly didn't think of either when she was "allegedly" cheating with another dude whilst this man was in his deathbed.

I'm no woman hater but it's stuff like this that confirms with me that woman, no matter the circumstances, have a natural averesion towards accepting accountability. :beli:

Tombstone makers get shine in SA? :ohhh:
Traditionally funerals are a big deal here (both culturally and as a business). So because this guy made Tombstone's for a lot of our prominent figures it would stand to reason that he was particularly well known especially amongst older South Africans.

I can't say I knew about him beforehand though as I only found out who the dude was yesterday after this news so it's not like he was a celebrity or anything but he did seem caked up though. I think he bought his daughter a Porsche as her first car or something too.

At the end of the day, what is accomplished? The sister in law is foul and should be put on blast but the funeral is about honoring him. He is now over shadowed by drama.

However emotions run high at funerals so :yeshrug:
Sister wasn't trying to sugarcoat things as people tend to do at funerals where even known thugs will suddenly be painted as "community leaders" or "businessmen"

Her brother was going through pain in his last days partly due to the cheating allegations made against his wife and now she is trying to play the role of the grieving widow until inheritance is sorted so that she can live in peace with her side dude in the house the husband paid for.

Sister probably can't prevent whatever is in the will from playing out but at least did what she could to drag the no-good wive's name through the mud and I salute it:salute:.

:mjlol: When she hit her with the "ah ah ah. Don't you dare"

I feel like she's wrong to do it there. I don't know if they have a wake after the funeral in their country. If they do it should've been done there and not at the actual funeral. Its disrespectful to everybody really. Their last memory of him is funeral drama :francis:

My grandpa had a similar situation at his funeral when his other family showed up. It broke my grandmas heart finding out he cheated for years

Fk the aunties. I hope they and their husbands are living in blissful monogamy.

Why ruin the funeral for his kids?
