This man just filmed himself telling people to commit an assault on people using group labeling which is an act of Terror according to The Patriot Act. He is also telling people some illegal bullshyt like no one has been charged with having a slingshot. Once that projectile leaves the slingshot and hits a person or a moving vehicle it becomes a deadly weapon. Not only is he encouraging normal citizens who don't have any right to detain, question or attack another citizen without any Legal Justification but he is also telling Law Enforcement he knows more than they do.
