Starting reading again about restrictive covenants and subsidized redevelopment companies during the 60s and 70s.
The Color of Law only a part of it when considering how black people got into some good spots because of restrictive covenants being broken and white flight. Remember I was reading this book about black people moving into Harlem... They got archives like this on the internet, I lost them on my last drive.
