I could be wrong, but it has never been in the cac being's nature at any point in history to make amends, payments and repairs for wrongs and injuries..

I don’t think there has been any bill or law that was passed by whites do to it being the right thing to do proactively . Black people have fought and worked for every inch. It’s crazy how true David banner statement “ they would’ve done right by us already’. Really does hold true. They only respect money and violence against them.
I believe in the fight for reparations but we def need leverage and to move smart about it. But if our ancestors didn’t give up why should we?
