Quick question: where do cops get their gas from

I had a cop come to the gas station I work at but he was off duty, he was wearing the uniform but driving a pickup truck

I know they have a special credit card that charges it to the city but where do their patrol cars get the fuel from

But some stations offer pumps just for patrol cars

They have a gas station close to my crib that all cop cars and cars issued to city workers go and fuel up. Only theyre allowed to use it. Gotten pulled over twice driving past that shyt I try my best to avoid it
