No homos, but I'm just trying to figure out what body part, mucle group, etc. is here working out that makes him stronger than his peers?

Steroids dont always make you strong. In some people it just makes them look big.

You can still be strong and work out naturally, even though it may not look it.

Squats, Deadlifts, bench Press, Overhead Press, Weighted Pull ups.

All the olympic lifts and their assistance exercises. Clean, Snatch, Power clean/high pull, Jerk, Split Jerk etc etc... great for developing explosive power.

Goldberg apparently did a lot of low rep heavy oly and power lifts and well...look at him.

What these gentlemen said but his finisher is pretty much a deadlift type of movement OP.

Deads are my fav lift :noah: I'll be hitting 500lbs before next summer. :smugbiden:

Thanks for the replies. The boy is impressive and while I'm no where near where he's at, nor would I think about lifting the damn Great Khali, I just thought about asking in case the work-out inspiration strikes.

It's already been said...

but it's mostly his legs, specifically his thighs and calves.

I know some folks think the thigh bands are stupid, but I wonder if they actually have some type of benefit for him in the ring, as well.
