I realised dat every time i start working out ( weight or cardio)
I keep feeling hungry but after eat
I woke up every night at 3 am to go eat
Cuz my stomach make noise , it stop my sleep and the only way to sleep again is to eat something
Can y all tell me what is wrong ?
how can i stop this
