My sister has a DSTTi, not sure about R4 however, and I dl all my games onto it from ROmulation

you should be able to google it and cop from the official site but I just went and bought mine at a market from some asian stall, they're pretty common if you look hard enough

Definitely worth it, not only do u get games for free but most have features such as cheat capabilities,etc
