I'm hearing conflicting advise on when to eat after a workout. Originally I read that you should eat immediately to quickly give your body the carbs it needs after. But on the leangains site and also from the fastingtwins youtube, they say if you are fasting still after your workout, you don't have to eat 2-3 hours after even. The fastingtwins say that is when you burn your most fat.
So which one is it?
