since u seem knowledgeable in bb and all. im 6'0 167 lbs atm hittin the weights 4-5 times a week.

so would it be easier if i bulk to 190-200lbs in about 6 months :eat: and go on a massive cut or slow bulk. give reasons if u can.

you should aim for 2-3lbs gained per month clean bulking(anything else is extra fat more than likely)

as far as the lifting aspect, get your maxes up(try a low set/low rep strength routine for 2-3 months)

once you have maxes that are respectable then its really on you with what you want..building muscle is harder than cutting fat but if you already have low fat id just clean bulk indefinitely.
