Question about sound recording (vocals and beats) with example MP3s

So, I was messing around freestyling because I wanted those in the know to tell me what "sounds" better and how I should improve the recordings (i.e. Amplify my voice, hire the beat, etc.). I know the flow is off, and the content is poor, but I'm only concerned in improving the presentation.

In every example, I am using a MacBook Pro and Audacity

Track 1, I recorded with the beat only audible in my headphones and I spit into a PreSonus M7 mic connected to the USB box.

Track 2, I recorded with the beat out loud and no headphones, but I used the same
PreSonus M7 mic connected to the USB box.

Track 3, I recorded with the beat only audible in my headphones and I spit into the MAC's built-in microphone
