the shelltoe part is like an off white/yellowish tint to it while the rest of my shoe is still white. I havent worn the shoes in like a year because of it, is there anything I can do to fix it because if I cant im going to give them to my aunt since she is having a garage sale tomorrow

This happens when shoes get old. Definitely happened to my shelltoes, but I still use them for beater kicks. It's starting to happen to my True Blue III's too which I got last year. Pretty sure it's the rubber vs. leather thing.
My suggestion, use your shelltoes to work out or mow the lawn in.
