Just started going back to the gym after about six months away from it. All my supplements are good to use except Im not sure about the creatine I still have from the summer. The container it comes in is too small for me to fit my hands in so I put it in a zip lock bag to store it, but im not sure when the expiration is and if its still good to use. I have one bag with about two or three more servings in it, im not too pissed if I have to throw that away, but another bag I have it filled with it and Im not sure if that has to go. What's the general rule when it comes to creatine and expiration? There's no air in the bag so Im thinking its good but I dont want to chance anything before I know for sure. Daps for replies.
