Quentin Tarantino says 'The Hateful Eight' is on the way after all

Quentin Tarantino’s post-Civil War western The Hateful Eight will be a film after all.

After Gawker leaked pages from The Hateful Eight screenplay back in January, Tarantino filed a lawsuit against the media company and said he wouldn’t be turning the script into a movie because of the leak. He later amended that statement though, telling a crowd at a The Hateful Eight reading in April that he was actually working on new draft of the script. And Sunday, he announced at a Comic-Con panel that the movie is a go, Deadline reports.

At the time of the leak, Tarantino said he had given the script to only six people, including actors, and he speculated one of the actor’s agents had spread the script around. “I don’t know how these f–king agents work, but I’m not making this next,” he said in January. “I give it out to six people, and if I can’t trust them to that degree, then I have no desire to make it.”

Tarantino’s most recent film was 2012′s Django Unchained, which won two Oscars

i think it's so stupid when people stop/switch/scrap a product because it leaked. i can only imagine the true fans of said person are going to read/listen to the leak anyway, so you already know they're going to check it out once it's released(unless it's complete garbage) i don't read that kind of shyt anyway
