Phil hasn't done a good job imo
He really backed himself into a corner with that no trade clause
Boston would have restocked your picks for him or in a three way with love but melo's people made it clear to Boston he wasn't interested
We don't know all the details and what was and wasn't true and how much Dolan was involved but they should have taken that sign and trade deal with Chicago if it was real
It's incredibly difficult to do the half assed rebuilding they're doing, Boston is only pulling it off cause that Brooklyn deal
pulling for yall
So NYK doesn't plan to pursue Ty Lawson
Likely because Lawson doesnt have a good relationship with Brian Shaw
Who's a fukkin Phil confidant
Therefore likely the next coach

I know next to nothing about McCallum. Not much about Wroten either tbh. But the fact that they're not even gonna take a shot at Ty just rubs me wrong. It smells too much like Shaw is the next puppet up on deck. All Phil's "guys" are wack as fukk. Kerr got lucky with his roster. I bet Boston wouldnt be as good as they are with Kerr at the helm. They bring in Ray McCallum and I'll be just fine without Ty Lawson tbh. Ray's got a lot of upside and it showed when D-Will was showing signs he could be productive, so they probably had some scouts eyes on him.
If I remember it correctly Chicago never offered a sign and trade. They wanted Melo on a 16 mil deal through FA. I legit don't know if Phil would of turned down a sign and trade for Melo but none were offered.
It's gameday Knicks fam...let's get some energy and prep for some rage at Rambis and the crew.
